The Start of the End

I just realized that it's been over a YEAR since my last post! Wow... that's unacceptable.

Today, I moved into my new dorm room at Sterling and am anxiously awaiting the start of my last semester on Wednesday... I can't believe it's already here.

Here's my class schedule for this semester:

Intro to Missions
Senior Project

I can't believe I've almost reached the end... just need to press on and get these classes finished!

Hopefully next time I blog, I have something more interesting to write about.

A Little bit about me...

Hi! I'm Emily: a college student, photographer, halfway momma to my 13 year old sister, and daughter to both my father on earth and my Father in Heaven. I hope you have a nice visit around my blog! My Heavenly Father and I have been many places together…places that I wouldn’t have survived, without his gentle hand guiding my every step. At the age of sixteen I pleaded with God to save my mother’s cancer ridden body. This, however, was not in my Heavenly Fathers plan. He reached down and grasped her, placing her in His own loving hands. This is where she will rest until I meet her again in the beautiful place that is being prepared for us. Jesus has turned my cries into laughter and my mourning into dancing. At times it has been painful, but the comforting presence of my wonderful Lord and the peace that He has given me is more than I could have ever imagined. It is my greatest desire to express the love that I have for Christ and to bring glory to Him with “every breath” until one day; I too breathe my last.
